Organic, whole-grain, and crazy tasty, Dave’s Killer Bread was a natural fit for the health-minded readers of Wholefully. In 2016, DKB and Wholefully paired up for a six month ambassadorship program.
Dave’s Killer Bread started as a limited-distribution company focusing mostly on the West Coast of the United States. In 2015, DKB expanded it’s distribution to the entire United States and most of Canada. Looking to drive awareness of their brand, their diverse product-line, and their wide availability at stores such as Kroger, Costco, and Target, Dave’s Killer Bread contacted Wholefully to create a five-post recipe series focusing on their bread products.
Even though Dave’s contracted to work with Wholefully during the typically slow season of summer on food blogs, the content still managed to generate a high amount of reader engagement and brand recognition. Combined, the campaign was viewed over 16,000 times in the first six months after publish.
